Born and raised in Gadsden, Charity spent nearly two decades living in various cities before returning home to plant roots and reconnect with the community she loves. For the past decade, Gadsden has been home, and she is proud to serve the area she knows and loves.

A graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Charity brings more than 20 years of nursing experience to her real estate career. Her background in healthcare has taught her the importance of listening, building trust, and putting people’s needs first. She brings that same compassion and dedication to real estate, helping clients navigate every step of the process and turn their real estate goals into reality.

Charity has been happily married to her husband, Chad, for ten years, and together they have one son, Mason. Outside of real estate, she enjoys exploring the trails at Noccalula Falls with her dogs Rosie and Kyle, volunteering at community events, and spending quality time with friends and family.
