He hails from Rainsville, AL, in neighboring DeKalb County, just a short drive up I-59. His background includes 4 terms in the Alabama House of Representatives from Dekalb, and a career in Education that spanned over 30 years with the immediate past 19 years at Jacksonville State University. Ralph has resided in Etowah County for over 10 years. He is quick to say, “This is home now”. He enjoys church activities – particularly service projects, an occasional round of golf, and a good college football game regardless of who is playing.

“With so many friends and family here, it never seemed like a move coming to Etowah County. It was more like a shift down the road. I love it here. I felt the best way to influence the growth of Etowah County was through Real Estate. It was the second career that would allow me to continue my interaction with people and help them reach their goals.
